Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Throw Co. storefront and services. The services are offered by DiscDealerz LLC, doing business as Throw Co. By using the services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the storefront.

Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining control of the email account used for Shopify customer-account sign-in.

The Flight Box

The Flight Box is a curated mystery product. Each monthly Flight currently contains three premium mystery discs selected around the preferences submitted through the Flight Builder. Your preferences shape the curation; Throw Co. selects the specific molds, plastics, colors, stamps, and other product details. Specific discs, brands, plastics, colors, stamps, weights, or retail values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Membership and automatic renewal

The Flight Box is offered as a monthly membership with no one-time purchase option. Your first order is charged when checkout is completed. Later charges occur monthly on the renewal schedule shown at checkout, in your customer account, or in membership communications. Standard USPS shipping within the United States is free.

You may cancel at any time through the available subscription-management link or by emailing discdealerz.store@gmail.com. To prevent the next charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. A later cancellation may take effect after the next paid monthly period. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices and membership terms are those displayed when you order and may change as permitted by law. Any change to an existing membership price will be communicated and applied as required by law. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge all disclosed amounts. You are responsible for applicable taxes and any optional charges selected at checkout.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, errors, misuse of an offer, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue any refund required by law and our published Refund Policy.

Shipping, returns, damage, and refunds

Throw Co. ships only within the United States. Orders are generally processed within three business days. All sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted for change-of-mind or unwanted mystery-box contents. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within seven days after delivery with the order number and clear photographs. See the Shipping and Refund Policies for complete terms.

First Drop promotions

First Drop offers are limited to the qualifying first purchase and one redemption per customer unless stated otherwise. Throw Co. may reject attempts to duplicate, transfer, automate, manipulate, or misuse an offer.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, submit false information, or engage in fraud or abuse.

Intellectual property

The services and their content, including the Throw Co. name, branding, designs, graphics, text, photographs, and software, are owned by Throw Co. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

Third-party services

Shopify and other providers supply parts of the services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. Throw Co. is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Throw Co. disclaims warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Throw Co. and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Throw Co.’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid to Throw Co. during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Weber County, Utah. This does not prevent an eligible matter from being brought in small-claims court and does not limit any non-waivable right under the law of the customer’s state of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services, our practices, or legal requirements. Changes to an existing membership will be handled as required by law. Questions may be sent to discdealerz.store@gmail.com.
