Shipping policy

Where we ship

Throw Co. currently ships only to valid delivery addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Availability for post office boxes, military addresses, United States territories, Alaska, and Hawaii depends on whether USPS and Shopify checkout accept the address.

Shipping cost and carrier

Standard USPS shipping is free. Any optional expedited service and its price will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are generally processed within three business days after payment is accepted. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. USPS delivery is estimated at three to seven business days after shipment. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Addresses and order changes

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Email discdealerz.store@gmail.com within 24 hours after purchase if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Tracking, delays, and lost packages

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking updates are supplied by USPS and may be delayed. If an order has not arrived within seven business days after the last estimated delivery date, contact us with the order number. We may ask you to cooperate with a USPS inquiry before providing a replacement or other remedy.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within seven days after delivery under our Refund Policy.
