Cancellation policy

Monthly automatic renewal

The Flight Box is a monthly membership that renews and is billed automatically until canceled. The price, billing frequency, and other material terms are disclosed at checkout. Standard USPS shipping within the United States is free.

By purchasing a Flight Box membership, you authorize Shopify and the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method for the displayed membership price, taxes, and any other charges you select at checkout on a recurring monthly basis.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management link available in your Shopify customer account or subscription emails, or by emailing discdealerz.store@gmail.com. A reason is not required.

Cancellation cutoff and effective date

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge. If cancellation is completed less than 24 hours before that billing date, the next monthly charge may still be processed, that month’s Flight Box will be fulfilled, and cancellation will take effect after the paid monthly period. Retain your cancellation confirmation.

Available membership controls

Skipping, pausing, changing frequency, and changing the membership product are not offered. After cancellation becomes effective, you may purchase a new membership at any time, subject to the price, availability, and terms then offered.

Refunds and failed payments

Membership charges are non-refundable after processing except where required by law or when Throw Co. approves a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled-order claim under the Refund Policy. If a recurring payment fails, Shopify or the subscription provider may retry the charge and may cancel the membership after unsuccessful retries.
